Electric Indoor Grill
« on: December 03, 2019, 01:04:02 PM »
I just got this indoor grill and have only used it once and it was a good experience. I had previously smoked a chuck roast to 125, vacuum bagged and froze it, defrosted it in the sous vide at 125 and threw it on this grill. It was really good especially when it is so cold outside! I can't get it to save as a link, guess you will have to copy and paste. Sorry.

Thanks, Brian, looks interesting. And FYI, the link worked for me.

A few decades back, we had a Farberware Open Hearth Rotisserie unit.  Worked well.  Rather large though.  The unit you chose seems to be more practical and thus will get more use.  Enjoy!
