Sausage Making Day

Made up 10 lbs. of hot Italian sausage (bulk), 10 lbs. of Italian sweet (bulk), and 10 lbs of polish sausage links. I included picture of the Polish sausage stuffed and another picture of it linked. All in all it was a productive day.  :)
Might have just enough sunshine to grab a home made chocolate stout from the kegerator and sit outside for a bit.
