LEM or Sausage maker carry a large variety of casings.  I would try a 32mm natural casing for brats.

I have had good quality casings from Syracuse Casing Co., makincasing.com.  Good choice of hog, sheep, collagen, etc.  Not the cheapest but definitely worth the cost.  Very negligible blowouts.

I have had the same experience with Syracuse casings. Very high quality casings!
