Snack stick spices recipe
« on: January 13, 2016, 08:21:02 PM »
I'm looking for a basic snack stick spices recipe that I can adjust to the mood of the day ;) I never got lucky with any commercial spices mix I bought before and I really like to do my stuff from scratch... any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Do a search (top right box) for snack sticks.  Pay close attention to anything by Brian (Pork Belly) or Gregg (NDKoze).  They're snack stick machines!

I've been using this same seasoning for 10 years.

It is just a very solid flavorful mix.

Will sure do... I'm just the kind that would prefer to mix everything from scratch... but the more I read, about 99% of the snack stick recipe on the interweb, goes with premix stuff... so this is what I will try ;)

I have my own fry and breakfast sausage recipes, but prefer the results of the premade mixes for my jerky and snack stix.

Awesome dog!  I thought he was a brindle English Mastiff.
