Hello everyone.
I am brand new to smoking but have a professional cooking background as well as schooling.
I’ve been wanting a smoker for quite a while now and pulled the trigger on this.
I purchased the 3D and am looking forward to making some awesome stuff.
I am a bit confused though how to operate this thing. There is quite a bit of programming and what not. It’s quite overwhelming.


My name is Trent by the way. I’ll figure out how to do the signature at the bottom later.

That's part of the reason I have a #3, I only have to rotate the dial.
