Guys does anyone have the settings for the Auber on ribs, Boston butt, chicken, and such? For an SI 3 , read a post on here but can’t find it anywhere, you know c1 time c2 temp, and such.

Try using the search feature. Terms like Auber settings; PID settings, etc.

I find that 225 for 5->5 1/2 hours works well depending on how much chew you want.
Amazing Ribs Memphis dust rub works well
Spritz with Apple juice and Apple cider Vinegar at about 2.5 hours and 4 hours or so
