Jack was correct - hard to resist opening the door and taking a look.  1st smoked turned out better than expected.   Nice bark, moist, flavorful.  Am glad I took advise of many and purchased the 3D.  Many benefits to the programer.  Thanks to all who shared info and knowledge.

Jeff, some times a peek is just too hard to resist!  Not the end of the world. ;)   Pretty guilty of it, myself, every now and then.
