While knee deep in a home project...............what is on everyone's outdoor cooking list for the holidays?


Gizmos, gadgets, smokers, extra tools, extra grills, second or 3rd SI?


I told the spouse to get me one of those 3 second thermometers; would be an upgrade from the one I use.

A new grill brush.  ;) ;D ;D ;D LOL!  I'm good, otherwise!  Seriously, though, I'll have to give that some thought, and get back to you!  Already have just about everything I need for great Q!

Hey John, just send a Xmas card, I am really set with my 2 smokers. And my cold smoke plate for the #3 is on its way.

Smokin-It #3 (purchased in 2014) that replaced a Masterbuilt XL (ugh) and a 10+ Year-Old Big Chief (still used for fish), and few others over the years, along with variety of Weber Gas/Charcoal Grills, Anova Sous Vide, etc. devices.
