What's cooking for Memorial Day?
« on: May 25, 2020, 04:54:36 PM »
I decided to keep it simple and smoke some ribs today. Smoking at 230 for 4 1/2 hours then finish with a light glaze of sauce in the oven. Hopefully, they turn out great. I will try to post a photo if time allows. Enjoy your Memorial Day!

Those ribs look great, David!

Nothing cooking today for me - I made some grilled chicken and pesto pasta Saturday and good ol grilled burgers last night.

But those ribs are making me wish I had smoked some of those today!
