Pulled pork stew
« on: December 04, 2017, 06:25:40 PM »
Nice little recipe to use up some of that leftover pulled pork.  If you enjoy Mexican food give it a try, super easy and really quite good.  Finished with sour cream, avocado and fresh cilantro. Was the perfect amount for our family of four.

Jim thank you for pointing out the pulled pork Mexican style soup.

My wife for many years has made this almost exact same recipe with chicken. I'm going to suggest we try this with pork as she is a big fan of the recipe and pork. She does add a cup of rice along with the black beans for a good hearty balance.

Do you have a copy of the recipe? the link takes you to the Traeger recipe site but can't find this recipe from that site.
Thanks
