Checking in from Northern Virginia. After several years of wanting to get serious about smoking, I finally went for the #2. Previous smoking attempts were with a regular gas grill that included a small smoke drawer - I could cook fairly slow, anyway.
I'm interested in smoking fish as well as meat. Usually not in large quantities.
