Title: Greetings from up north in the woods....MN

After one smoke I am sort of hooked. I have BGE, Holland Grill, and now the #2.  Retired, golf a little, photography, and fishing rounds out my time. The info in the forum is most helpful....thanks.

Welcome from Delaware.   I think we all have been hooked on the SI smokers!  I see many great smokes in your future.  Cheers!
