]Smoked a turkey with mine yesterday. Couldnt smoke it any better if id paid someone else to smoke it. Turned out very very well. Are these still available?  Website shows out of stock. Just curious

Steve sold out on the initial run and had a few more coming in.  They too may have sold out. You might want to send him an email.

We are about 4 weeks out from the next run being available.  We are putting three latches on the next batch.

Oh, and I don't know how big that turkey was in the 4, but it looks about like me smoking a quail in my model 1! :o   Man, those suckers are big!

Looks like the skin crisped up nicely.
