How much jerky can I hang in a model 1? I was thinking maybe 4-5 pound of meat? If anyone has any idea it’s greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Try the search feature. Enter "jerky little guy", obviously without quotes. A lot of info popped up. Good luck.

I use frog matts instead of hanging. You can easily get 4-5 lbs laying it flat.
