I don't have the hook, I just wrap the cord and lay it on top of the smoker, and then covered.

Thanks Bob, without a manual, I was just guessing where they went. I'm contemplating getting a couple of longer bolts and a couple of washers. The current bolts have a head size just about as wide as the cord hook mounting slots.

I decided to zip tie the primary Smokin-It cord to one hanger and hang the 12' extension cord for the Auber off the other hook.
