I received my new replacement Jerky Dryer. it works perfect now just have to make a batch of Jerky. :) I am really happy with the service form Steve.

As my luck goes :(  we are getting a week of cold and rain, so not even thinking of making Jerky.  Then I will have to put summer stuff away and dig out snow Blower.  At least My Jerky dryer works .

That's good to hear. But, I am still hopeful that we'll have some nice October days yet before the snow starts flying. :)
