Post by: GreyMan on February 13, 2021, 11:22:52 PM
31 degrees out and snowing here in Washington state. Fallowing the lazy-Q recipe. NO Peeking used 5 1/2 oz
Cherry wood total cook time 6 hrs. My new smoker did an amazing job in the cold. Absolutely pleased. Rubs used: Flying swine sweet-n-spicy, American bbq rub, Meat Mafia rub, Booty delicious rub.

Looks good.  I love that we can smoke at any temperature. It’s just too easy isn’t it? I sometimes want to hide how easy it is so that friends and family think I put more work in it. But ultimately I brag on the ease in hopes that others will buy SI’s  too.
