Hi Mike, welcome from the Florida Keys to a fellow #3 owner. I have two of these and they are great smokers. Lots of good information and helpful folks here. Good luck with the brisket.

Welcome from Texas Mike! The #3 is a great choice! I've had a great time using my #3 and enjoying the Lazy Q lifestyle. Its so easy you'll find yourself using it more than you ever thought you might. Good luck with the brisket and be sure to post pics. Enjoy!
