The ones I get are cut thin, about 3/8”. I usually grill them hot and fast. I was just wondering if anyone had put them in the smoker.

I have used them for Korean short ribs. I wasn't impressed. Minimal meat and the price was high if I recall. Wouldn't buy again. However, they were flavorful.
