Hi. I am Richard from Temecula, CA. Have never smoked anything other than Cuban cigars. So this will be a new experience and I am an avid learner. I just ordered a 3D to get me strarted. My experience is only barbecuing using both Weber and Argentinian brick and mortar and stainless outdoor barbecues.
This is a great Forum and looking forward to learn from all the members.

Welcome to the family, Richard! It wasn't all that long ago that I was in your shoes, though I ordered the #2. These smokers make everything so easy and the people here in the forums are awesome... you'll do just fine.

You've ordered a premium smoker! Lots of help and advice here to help you get going.

Welcome from Calimesa. Other than meat, cigars are the next best thing to smoke.
