To  heal a shoulder you have smoke a shoulder. Good luck on the briskets.

Ok Here we go!
Went in the 4D after prep with DT Rub with set temp of 275*. When IT hit 199 opened door for first time and probed. Took a little longer for #2 & #3 to probe like Butter and even longer for #1. Can't wait to taste test but I two things I learned here on this forum was to (1) wash outside of packages before opening (Thanks Dave) and (2) let it rest as it deserves it before letting the juices roll (Thanks Tony) Sorry about the pictures, #1 got away from me in the rush.

Lifting briskets has to qualify as physical therapy. Now move on to some 12 oz. curls.

lol, right about that PT.
Here's #1 Sliced and Vacuum Packed, ready for freezer. Electric knife did the trick!
Got 32 Servings out of #1
Cost $49.70 + Hard Cost (Seasoning, foil, etc etc) of .31 cents per and Vac Bag cost of .15 cents per worked out to be $2.01 per serving. Not bad eating Goodness for that price and that's how you save and move up to a bigger Smoking-it. A 4D is only forgoing 72 eating out nights for two (at $25.00 per) , at least that's the way I look at it. Thanks for looking!
