Ben, plugged in, and switch on the back of the controller "On?"  Not trying to be smart, but you'd be surprised.

Yes plugged in tried switch both ways just in case and no led lights ...multiple outlets, beakers, .nothing.

Call Steve, in the morning.  Is this the first time you've plugged it in and tried to power it up?

Issue resolved with Steve's help.  The main lead was disconnected.  Nothing major and now it is seasoned and ready to smoke some butt's this weekend... maybe some salmon in a few days.

Glad to hear you got it going. Make sure to take/post some pics.

We're still gonna have to do that beer/snack stick swap. ;)

I'm gonna be smoking 50lbs of sticks this weekend.
