Whole chicken
« on: November 08, 2015, 03:57:22 PM »
Decided yesterday I wanted to do a pretty thanksgiving turkey test run but couldn't find one that wasn't frozen so punted answer went with chicken. Used DM' brine then stuffed with mire pour, smoked with 3 oz cherry wood at 250 to IT of 165.

I can answer that, just by his description...it turned out fantastic!  Am I wrong, Tim?

Hey Tim, That looks really good, was the skin crisp? Just curious as the skin looked nice.

Unfortunately no Bill. The skin is never crisp. It did look pretty though.
