How to fasten the caster(s)?

I seem to have some problem fastening/locking the casters so it won't move. I see the signs On/Off but when i press on it, nothing really happens. Don't want to press too hard and risk breaking something.

Any advice?

I put mine on the cart a couple of weeks ago. Mine seem a little stiff, but they lock. I gave them a quick spray of WD-40.

mine don't lock no matter what i do.... not a biggie, if Joaquin won't blow it in the street i'm all good

Lift up the smoker, spin wheel, then try the lock in both positions. If it does not lock you have a bad lock on your wheel.
