Hello from Southern Indiana

Just placed my order for a #3! Haven't been able to smoke anything since my old big box smoker died on me while I was in the middle of a smoke on the 4th of July.  Been looking and reading reviews of just about every smoker since then. Also spent a lot of time reding the post here I knew I was going to buy quality this time around and this smoker seemed like the best one for me. Can't wait to get it and put it to use. I have a nice pork butt and a few racks of baby b ribs in the freezer waiting to get smoked. Hope to get to know you all better soon.

Welcome from Texas! You now have all the smoker you'll need for a long time. You'll see what I mean when that big ol box arrives. Season it and prepare to be impressed by the ease and simplicity of the easyQ method of making delicious smoked food. Enjoy!
