hello from Massachusetts
« on: May 25, 2015, 07:38:14 PM »
Hi, my name is Michelle and I live in Mass but originally from Tn. My boyfriend and I bought our smoker # 2 in Dec. We have smoked lots of fresh trout, wild turkey, pheasant and as of yesterday a pork butt. Love the smoker!

Hi Bob from Co, we brined the trout in soy sauce, ginger, garlic powder and water for 6 to 8 hours and smoked for 2 hours on 200.

Welcome Michelle!  Good to have you with us!  You can change your user name, like Ralph said (believe me, he knows...lol, Bob ;) ).  You can also add your first name and town to your signature line.  That way, we'll always remember!

Sounds like you're off to a great start!
