Holiday Meatloaf, Bacon Wrapped, Stuffed Cheese

Meatloaf is so great in these machines and I think tastes better day after grilled up too.

2 lbs pork/veal/beef mixture.
Egg
Milk
Italian Crumbs
Oregano
Basil
Garlic
Katsup
Mustard on top

Mix, form in muffin pan with stuffed cheese.

225 on smoker, sugar maple wood, 2 1/2 hours to 160 temp.

Let settle a bit when pulled off w foil.

Great as usual, a wonderful machine!

I had turkey bacon in the freezer so I wrapped with those.

Best flavor meatloaf comes from being smoked.  Beats oven any day!

Great idea, John!  The little meatloaf pinwheels look great, and bacon makes everything better! 8)
