ok ,If I have a new idea can I name it???
Well a new "spin" on a old idea,, chicken wrapped in bacon..
Take chicken breast cut in strips , beat to death with a mallet for tenderizing, cover in your fav. rub lay long ways with a piece of bacon and roll the hole thing up like a cinnamon roll, add a little BBQ sauce to the top and into the smoker for about 4 hrs...
 8)
oh,add a few lollipop chicken legs and some sausage to go along,,
good stuff..

That looks delish John. I have to try that. Also like the lollipop legs and the CORONA to top it off. Did you smoke the beans?

Very creative, John!  Love the pinwheels!  I saw the lollipops on a JP email, but haven't tried them yet (want to).  Way to go! 8)

Yesterday on Diners and Drive-ins they had pulled pork pancakes, pulled pork between each pancake, covered in a homemade syrup. Yum???
