One of many #3 smoked delights
« on: February 27, 2013, 07:26:17 PM »
I use my #3 in one of my restaurants and one of my chefs put together this meatloaf. It is elk venison wrapped with thick cut apple wood smoked bacon and smoked with apple wood. The best meatloaf I have ever had.

First time I have heard of a Smokin-it being used in a restaurant.  That should speak volume about the quality and reliability to those shopping for a smoker.

The restaurants are in Hillsdale, MI. And yes the unit is very solid! My cooks and I are having a ball with the #3

That looks incredible!  I've been wanting to do a meatloaf too so maybe this will get me motivated to do it.
