I was at Costco yesterday and they have the Traeger pellet smoker again but they are selling the 20lb bags of hickory pellets for $14, I may have to pick one up to try some of these techniques.
Thanks for that tip Rich Costco will have them in my area the first week in June and I will definitely be buying Some pellets
I will also check out the Traeger pellet smoker but my condo association would definitely frown on me having one of them
