Auber question
«

Now that my #3 is bypassed and calibrated, i have a question.
Can i now set the auber to run at 235 degrees for 5.5 hours? Thinking about babies for the 4th.
I know i can go above 250 as well, hello turkey.
Just curious!

No problem, Ed! Heck, you can set it to 234 if you want! And yes, you can go above 250! Steve says the cabinet is ok up to 350. I've run to 325 with no problem, but haven't gone above that.
