Just wanting to wish everyone a peaceful and happy weekend.  Sure to be busy with family and friends. Visiting my son and his family.  Likely grilling rather than smoking. Oh the sacrifices I make.

David best wishes to you and your family. I will be smoking salmon for a 50+ person easter pot luck brunch. One of my smoking buddies is doing a brisket and everyone brings excessive amounts of food. Happy Easter and Passover to everyone!!
