I am glad to see Tony is back.
I retrofitted my #3 to a wall mounted probe. What a difference!
Looking for the spring to start more frequnt smoking.
Btw, its snowing in NJ today. Lol!

Good to see you back as well Ed. On your retrofit, was it just relocating the probe to the upper part of the cabinet?

Yes, it was pretty easy. The tough part was putting the hole in the bottom of the cabinet. Its nice to have permanent probe.

I put the exit hole near the electrical cord for connection to the auber.

Hi Ed!  Great to see you again, too!  The permanent probe is the way to go, for sure!  Oh...and it's snowing in NJ again today.

Yes, more snow. About 10 inches or so. Today, lots of melting.
