Title: Butchering a Pig
Post by: old sarge on January 21, 2018, 12:01:47 PM
Here is a good video on butchering a pig, what cuts there are etc.  For the do it yourself crowd.  Lamb and beef to follow.

True story.  Some friends took us to the Costco in Salt Lake and told us that this store was the largest Costco in the Country.  We walk down the meat aisle and there are meat lockers with whole pigs, goats and lambs hanging in them.  I've been curious what size would fit in a #4 ever since.
