Post by: goocher5.0 on September 01, 2017, 09:36:21 AM: Hey there, my name is Chris and I live in Alachua, Fl. Just unboxed my smoker, and put together the cart for it. Getting ready to season it now! Very excited to enjoy the food this thing is gonna make for my family.

Started the seasoning out a bit later than anticipated, doing that now though. Looking forward to smelling the wood smoke soon.

Post by: goocher5.0 on September 06, 2017, 08:05:10 AM: The whole chicken, and BI thighs I did came out great, 1 chunk hickory, and 1 chunk cherrywood. Was planning on doing ribs for football this Sunday, the hurricane may have other plans for that though.
