I did a double smoked ham 2 years ago to go with the Thanksgiving turkey.  It was fantastic. I was not sure how it would turn out but it was real tasty. Sure beats a reheat in the oven!

It's on my menu for tomorrow.  My saliva glands are working overtime just thinking about it.
