Title: Help!! Jerky dryer with Auber meat probe???

I have a 3D.  When I make summer sausage I monitor internal temp of sausage.  Since the dryer covers that hole I'm not sure how to get the prob in???

Run the wire under the dryer...won't hurt a thing.

+1. I don't have an Auber. But I run my Maverick probes under the drier with zero issues.
