Pork shoulder

 10 pound pork shoulder Took 16 hours to cook , but it was damn good. You know it's good when the kids tell you they don't need barbecue sauce. 
Andre:SI3 with Auber, Weber kettle , Weber gas,and a  seldom  used char-broiler.

lot of butts cooked today

wonderful piece of pork  very forgiving for the beginner and can be simply outstanding for the experienced.

Very nice!  You'll have some pulled pork recipes to dream up for those leftovers.
