Pork Brisket?
« on: February 23, 2015, 01:17:48 PM »
My wife and I were at Winco this weekend and as I was scouring the meat cases I found some packages labeled as pork brisket.  Have any of you tried this?

Yes. It is pretty much the same as a pork shoulder...picnic ham. Although I think it is usually without bone. I don't normally see it here in Florida called brisket. Good eats for sure.
