Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and your smoking journey? Do you already have a Smokin-It smoker? Or are you considering the purchase of one?

Regardless of your experience or smoker status, you have found the right place to learn about these great electric smokers as well as a number of other cooking processes and devices. We have a pretty good contingent of Sous Vide sections, Pizza, Grilling, etc in addition to the smoking topics/sections on the site.
