Welcome Steve from SE Arizona. I have a fondness for the the old offset myself. But no fondness for having to feed fuel. And I have never regretted going electric. The smokers from SI are beasts and produce super food.

Welcome to the party, Steve!! Yep, always amazing to smoke great food in harsh conditions, with just a small handful of wood! Gotta love it!
