Title: My Wife's Butt

LOL!

She wanted to take the KBQ for a spin so she smoked up a butt for last night's dinner. It was excellent! I made up some slaw and hand cut fries and smoked some baked beans (no pics of beans) to go with it.

I was going to make a video out of this but I was just too busy. It was too nice of a day to not be out riding my scooter. I did record my ride so I guess a video was made, just not one showing a butt :P

Yeah, tell your wife that she has a very nice butt! Lol.  I'm still on first of the year diet resolution so I just have to admire from a far.

That sandwich and fries was what I ate, Mrs. RG just ate some pork with a little sauce and some fries. She doesn't like coleslaw at ALL. It's a shame because I make really good slaw. It tastes something like KFC's slaw. If you're not a fan of KFC slaw then you wouldn't like mine, lol.

My son ate 2 big ole sammys like that and 2 rounds of fries. He puts Devil's Spit pickles on his, he likes the fiery sweet heat. Good stuff! I have pork leftover that I will give away. It's an excuse to make more I guess :)

Nothing goes better with BBQ than cole slaw. Just ate some leftover KFC cole slaw tonight. I'm ashamed to admit it's my favorite. I have made a KFC cole slaw CLONE recipe I found on the internet. Key... finely chopped ingredients, and a disturbing amount of sugar. Tastes good though... just don't tell anybody.

Looks great. I will be doing my first butt this weekend on my 3D. I have smoked babybacks and wings a few times and everything turned out great so far.

brand4440 - Butts are great. And the 3D makes it so simple.  And welcome to the forum. Feel free to introduce yourself (we have a section just for that) and maybe even fix up a signature block. Dave
