Santa Maria tri tip
« on: November 26, 2017, 07:23:03 PM »
I love this recipe. But today I’m trying this out on my $30 Masterbuilt charcoal grill. The smell is wonderful, and as I sit her listening to music sipping on a nice bourbon I realize how thankful I am to have the opportunity to do things like this and learn from people on this site. I look inside the house and see Christmas lights on with the kids (teenagers) helping decorate the tree. Good stuff. Good stuff!
